Dry Rub

I use this to make Pulled Pork. It works on about any meat.
- 4 TBL sweet paprika
- 2 TBL chili powder
- 2 TBL dark brown sugar
- 2 TBL salt
- 1 TBL dried oregano
- 1 TBL granulated sugar
- 1 TBL ground black pepper
- 1 TBL ground white pepper
- 1-2 TSP cayenne pepper
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for a few weeks.
