Dry Rub

I use this to make Pulled Pork.  It works on about any meat.
  • 4 TBL sweet paprika
  • 2 TBL chili powder
  • 2 TBL dark brown sugar
  • 2 TBL salt
  • 1 TBL dried oregano
  • 1 TBL granulated sugar
  • 1 TBL ground black pepper
  • 1 TBL ground white pepper
  • 1-2 TSP cayenne pepper

Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.  Can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for a few weeks.
